Nicole “Mrs. Cutman,” has been dancing for 23 years, 12 with the Perry County School of Dance, and the remainder with Warrington Dance Arts under the direction of her mentor, Mrs. Janet Stahle.  She began student demonstrating at the age of 11, and  discovered a love of teaching that lead her on her career path – teaching middle school learning support students for the past 10 years (first at Swatara Middle School in the Central Dauphin School District and currently at Susquenita Middle School).  She is a Susquenita graduate, who went to Millersville for her undergraduate work and Penn State for her master’s degree.
“I love the look of accomplishment that is displayed when a struggling student finally understands a difficult concept.  Using a loving and supporting environment, success is a possibility for all”
